5 Year Limited Warranty

This product, from nov8, is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of five years from the original purchase date under normal use and service against defective materials or workmanship.

This warranty is void if the unit has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.

During the above five year period, nov8 will replace without charges to the purchaser when the unit is returned prepaid postage with proof of purchase date. Unit returned without proof of purchase will be replaced at a cost of no more than the original unit price at the time of return.

* Warning: Attempting to use ResQMe on materials besides tempered glass such as metal, wood, laminated glass, etc. will result in the void of the five year limited warranty.
