1. A maximum of 1 product registration and entry per person is permitted regardless the number of products purchased or received. Additional entries will be disqualified.
2. Only product owner is eligible to register and enter.
3. Participants must provide complete and accurate information on the online registration and prize drawing entry form to be eligible. P.O. boxes will not be accepted as valid postal addresses.
4. 1 prize will be given quarterly to 1 participant. Winning participant will not be eligible to register again and enter for another drawing session.
5. At nov8’s own discretion, the Prize and its contents, may vary upon the period of the year depending of product availabilities. Prizes will be solely composed of a group of our product line already distributed and approved by nov8.
6. A valid phone number and email is necessary to notify the winner.
7. Information entered during the registration such as address, phone, email will remain at nov8 database and may be used to send company information. In no case will any information be given or sold to third party.

QUARTERLY DRAWINGS AND PROCEDURES:

Each quarter - 4 times a year - (starting October 2004) a total of 1 winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries cumulatively received by nov8 with no time limit. No time limit gives the opportunity to all eligible entries to win the prize at no time restrictions.

Prize winners are selected under the supervision of nov8, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to each quarterly Drawing. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes by the winner is permitted.

If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable or if a participant whose entry has been selected fails to provide requested proof that such participant is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry or fails to confirm such participant’s mailing address, the prize will be forfeited and nov8, may at its sole discretion, award that prize to an alternate winner.

The Prize Drawings are open to anyone from any country within legal age (in respect to their country's laws) who have purchased or received the product. The participants shall refer to the Prizes, Drawings, and any other games in their own country, and abide by their own country's respective laws and regulations pertaining to these references. In no case will nov8 be responsible for a lack of knowledge pertaining to these matters.

Employees of nov8, its marketing affiliates and their respective immediate family members (defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent or grandparent) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. All applicable laws and regulations apply.

The nov8 Drawings are conducted in English and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts at Santa Barbara, California exclusively, and subject to the laws of California.

The Drawings are not sponsored, endorsed or affiliated with any others companies.
