Car accidents can happen and we all are subject to the unexpected situations. Today many Governments in the world have enforced some safety prevention by implementing safety triangle and safety vest to all the vehicles on the road as mandatory equipments; and even in the Netherlands, the Dutch minister of transportation recently announced his intention to enforce all the new 2009 models to carry a handheld rescue tool nationwide.
